Are you crying yet?

I remember watching this, eight years old, and mostly remembering that the dad died soon after.  But now I see that there are moments like this that go on all the time, both of reunion and departure.  And though I mostly just watched it out of habit (and was irked by Fred Savage’s sudden post-pubescence) that was a damn fine show, like Mad Men for Kids.
